The Business Information Systems exam is designed to document the acquisition of basic knowledge and skills required for the successful business manager involved with managing computer and information systems.

They help determine the information technology goals of the organization and then oversee IT, computer, and networking professionals in the implementation Many business managers not only manage the day-to-day operations of the organization and the organization’s human resources and finances, but also manage the design, planning, and implementation of computer networks and systems designed to manage the organization’s information. Accordingly, these managers must be skilled and have acquired knowledge in a variety of computer and networking areas.
